Engage in business where there is consistent cash inflows, but with
small capital requirement at the start and low TROUBLESOME FIXED
COSTS.....going beyond this....your P50K is just a breathe away to
oblivion; try in food business (pang masa); services (pang masa) or
trading (pang masa), dito kasi madaling magpaikot ng pera sa umpisa.
After saving enough money; then divert to another business and target
the corporate world; while maintaining the former....and repeat this
until you are in for the IPO
But no joke...sometimes this is true. Start in your backyard; in your
bedroom, bathroom at broomm broomm.

Ang fixed costs ay malaking problema; tulad ng renta at suweldo (isama
mo na ang mga dukot mo at ng iba hahaha); ito ang limitahin mo dahil
maski di ka bumenta; kailangan mong bayaran ito every month.....ang
negosyong maliit lamang ang kanilang bayarin buwan buwan....lumalago...

Sa amount ng P50,000 bilang iyong kapital; ang mga puwede mong gawin
ay buy and sell ng mga damit at pahulugan mo sa mga kakilala mong
empleyado. Tuwing kinsenas ang bayad. Pero dapat tignan mong maigi ang
mga kapasidad ng kliente mo sa pagbabayad.
O kaya, mag extend ka ng mga salary loans sa mga empleado; at ganoon
din, dapat may credit investigation kang gagawin sa kanila; much better
kung kilala mo ang iyong kliente.
Kung malapit ka naman sa kanto ng iyon lugar at maraming taong dumadaan;
well, simpleng karinderia lang at ang P10K mo ay mapapalago mo;
considering kung di mo gagalawin ang puhunan mo. Kung may kasama ka sa
bahay na walang trabaho at makatulong sa iyo para wala munang suweldo;
kaya mo iyan.
Wag mo lahat itaya ang P50K sa isang bagsakan; subukan mo muna. Stepping
stone mo lang ito para mapalago mo ang iyon pera. And after that, engage
in a bigger scale type of business.
